All of our logo-printed products are "Print on Demand" - in other words, we're printing shirts, etc. when you order them.
Because of that, we can only offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- the product was misprinted
- the product was damaged
- the product does not match the product information (e.g., the printed image is incorrect or placed incorrectly, the product is the wrong size, color, or type, etc.).
It is extremely important that you use the sizing charts provided to ensure the product will fit.
Protect & Defend will NOT offer a refund for the following reasons:
- it was unsatisfactory for any reason (excluding the product information as stated above). This includes unhappiness with fit, color or design once received.
- the product arrived late or after the estimated shipping date. Such issues must be resolved with the shipping vendor.
Protect & Defend has the sole discretion to grant a refund (including the refund method), credit your account, or replace a printed product. In order to request a refund, credit, or replacement, you must send a photograph and brief explanation of the problem to Protect & Defend via email at email@example.com within 30 days of delivery.
